ToniksToniks a.k.a Allan Ampaire is a Ugandan singer. Toniks is from Tones and Semi Tones. With the help of his mum, he learnt the guitar. He then went to Kings College Budo where he met Norbert and Lillian who were all members of the school Band.
In his A’level, he joined Ntare Senior Secondary School; he went into the digital music and was able to perform at the Peal of African Music Awards Western Launch.
Dubbed 'Uganda's kevin Lytle' For their debut hit Beera Nange, the pair has not only won that year's Pam Awards Best R&B Single award but has also been nominated in the Kisimas 2008 Awards as well as getting a nod in the first ever MTV Africa Music Awards (Mamas) with Zain.
